The Dreamworld of Dolls 6 December 1991 – 1 March 1992 Exhibition The Kunsthalle took a foray through the cultural history of the doll in Europe, from antiquity to the present. Precious items from international museums – including the famous de Galéa collection in the National Museum of Monaco – and private collections were shown. Much of it had never been on public display before. This gave a picture of the most important types of development and manufacturers in the classic doll countries of Germany, France and England. In addition to mannequins and automata, articulated, fashion and play dolls from several centuries were presented. More Less Exhibition Leaflet All exhibitions of the Kunsthalle
