DADA An International Movement 1916–1925 4 September – 7 November 1993 The exhibition explored Dada as a global phenomenon, with over 100 documents and photographs highlighting the various centers. In addition, around 150 paintings, collages, sculptures etc. by artists such as Hans Arp, Marcel Duchamp, Max Ernst, George Grosz, Raoul Hausmann, Hannah Höch, Francis Picabia, Man Ray, Sophie Taeuber and Kurt Schwitters were shown. Most works came from the rich Dada holdings of the Kunsthaus Zürich, supplemented by loans from other collections.
