The Eternal Eye: From Rembrandt to Picasso Masterpieces from the Collection of Jan Krugier and Marie-Anne Krugier-Poniatowski 20 July – 7 October 2007 The Kunsthalle presented with some 250 drawings, paintings, and sculptures, the largest selection to date from the collection of Jan Krugier and Marie-Anne Krugier-Poniatowski, that transcended national and historical boundaries. The show included masterpieces by artists such as Bonnard, Carracci, Cézanne, Delacroix, Friedrich, Géricault, Goya, Klee, de Kooning, Manet, Matisse, Parmigianino, Picasso, Rembrandt, Richier, Turner, Watteau, and many others.
