Picasso The Period after Guernica 1937–1973 13 March – 6 June 1993 In Pablo Picasso’s (1881–1973) oeuvre, his famous painting Guernica (1937) is a key anchor point. The exhibition brought together 60 paintings, 60 drawings and 9 sculptures from museums and private collections worldwide, reflecting the artist’s multifaceted oeuvre from the late 1930s onwards.
