Mind Images Art of Our Times 1960 – 1990 13 July – 8 September 1991 The exhibition was a cooperation project with the Von der Heydt-Museum in Wuppertal and presented works from Friedrich Erwin Rentschler’s collection. Paintings, sculptures and installations by 27 artists – including Hanne Darboven, Donald Judd, Jeff Koons, Sol LeWitt, Frank Stella and Elaine Sturtevant – offered a panorama of the main trends in European and American art from the 1960s to the 1980s, with a particular focus on conceptual approaches.
