Christian Rohlfs 1849–1938 22 March – 16 June 1996 Christian Rohlfs (1849–1938) was one of the most important representatives of Expressionism in Germany. This retrospective traced Rohlfs’ entire artistic development with around 90 paintings and 60 works on paper from over 50 German museums and private collections.
