Tickets can be purchased during opening hours (daily, 10 am – 8 pm) at the ticket desk at our main entrance (Theatinerstraße 8). Between exhibitions, the desk will be closed. However, tickets are always available through our online shop. The tickets are valid for one entry into the exhibition. Regular tickets may be used at any time over the course of the exhibition, but reduced-price tickets are only available at our ticket desk (except monday tickets) and are only valid on the day of purchase. Latest information on time slot tickets can be found here.
Vouchers are available at the ticket desk at our main entrance and through our online shop. They are valid for 2 years.
Coats, umbrellas, large bags and backpacks cannot be brought into the exhibition. While visiting the exhibition, you may drop these items off at the coat check for a fee of € 1.50.
