Dear Visitors,

we are happy to welcome you back at the Kunsthalle. To make your exhibition experience both safe and pleasant, we kindly request that you observe the general hygiene and distancing rules. Please see below for important information on all aspects of your visit (this page will be updated on an ongoing basis).

TICKETS

  • Please book your ticket at the ticket desk or online.
  • Discounted tickets are now available online. However, proof of eligibility must be presented at your ticket desk.
  • For discounts for People with disabilities (100%), HVB Mastercard Gold / HVB Visa Infinite Card please ask the ticket desk staff on site.
  • If you want to visit the exhibition with children, you will receive their tickets at the ticket desk. We reserve ticket contingents for children.
  • Whenever possible, please make contactless payments at the ticket desk.
  • We will be limiting the number of visitors to the exhibition. There may be a wait, even with a valid ticket.
  • In order to avoid waiting times at the entrance, we recommend that you visit us during the week.

 

CONTACT TRACKING

  • Your contact details must be recorded on site. This can be done via an ditigal form from the Kunsthalle or the luca app. To avoid waiting times, please download the luca app in advance.
  • Your contact details will only be used for the purpose of tracking possible corona infections.
  • Starting September 2, 2021 a prove whether you have been vaccinated, recovered or tested is obligatory.

  • Please stay at least 1.5 metres away from other visitors and Kunsthalle staff.
  • The Kunsthalle has set up a separate entrance and exit to minimise contact. Please use the main Theatinerstraße entrance (ticket desk area) only. You can only leave the building via the Kunsthalle shop on the ground floor, with access to the plaza of the Fünf Höfe.
  • Please follow the signs and/or proceed as instructed by staff.

 

HYGIENE RULES

  • You must wear a medical mask over your mouth and nose at all times during your visit. Please remember to bring your own mask.
  • Starting September 2, 2021 a prove whether you have been vaccinated, recovered or tested is obligatory.
  • In order to protect our visitors and employees, we have to insist that you wear a medical mask during your entire visit, even if you can present a medical certificate.
  • You will find hand sanitiser dispensers at the entrance and exit of the Kunsthalle.
  • All surfaces at the Kunsthalle are cleaned and disinfected on a regular basis. Glass partitions have been installed at the ticket desk, cloakroom and in the shop.
  • Do not visit the Kunsthalle if you feel unwell or have been in contact with any person testing positive for COVID-19 within the last 14 days.

 

EVENTS & GUIDED TOURS

  • Please make sure to avoid grouping with other visitors to the exhibition.

 

GROUPS

  • Group registrations are possible. You can find all information on this here. Please make sure to avoid group formation with other visitors to the exhibition.

 

AUDIO tour (De/EN) with the artist

  • Accessible from home and in the exhibition with your own mobile device. Please also bring your own headphones. The audio tour is free of charge. The audio tour in English is available here.

 

Coat Check & LOCKERS

  • Lockers and coat check are open. All lockers, keys and surfaces in the Kunsthalle are cleaned and disinfected on a regular basis.

 

CAFÉ & RESTAURANT

  • Our restaurant Theatiner 8 and the terrace on Theatinerstraße are open again. The street sale on the ground floor is also open.
